Dear customer

This letter serves as a reminder that your water bill is past due.  Water invoices are due on the 15th of each month.

Important: If payment is not received within 60-days, your water service may be subject to water shut-off procedures

To avoid service interruptions, please make your payment in full through any of the following methods:

• Online: Visit www.avhwater.org to make a payment online.
• Phone: Call or Text 760-247-7330 to schedule an appointment at our office to make cash payments.
• Mail: Send your check or money order, payable to Apple Valley Heights CWD, to PO BOX  938, Apple Valley, CA 92308.
• After-Hours: If you come to our office when we are not open, we have an after-hours payment dropbox on the left side of the gate.
